We managed production design and lighting coordination for CCMA's exclusive industry event. Working alongside GK Sound and Thick as Thieves Entertainment, we managed the technical and logistical challenges of a complex waterfront site, coordinating between multiple production vendors and municipal stakeholders to deliver seamless multi-day programming for country music's top artists and industry leaders. With 15,000 attendees over 3 days, the event was a great success.
